Roatan is an island in the Caribbean.
It’s about 65 kilometers (40 mi) off the northern coast of Honduras. It is located between the islands of Útila and Guanaja, and is the largest of the Bay Islands of Honduras.
It is located near the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the largest barrier reef in the Caribbean Sea second largest worldwide after Australia's Great Barrier Reef, Roatan has become an important cruise ship, scuba diving and eco-tourism destination in Honduras and all America. Tourism is its most important economic sector, though fishing is also an important source for people how live there.
I have visit Roatan once, it was an amazing trip I went there with my family. The best thing I did there was swimming with dolphins it was incredible experience. What I like the most about Roatan where their beautiful beach and its clear water ocean. I want to visit this place again in the future because I really want to do parasailing.
